Eligibility and Age Requirements

Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled and all earned bonuses being forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use the platform from the same device or IP address, ek111 may request identity verification.

KYC Verification

In the interest of security and financial protection, ek111 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Documents required for verification may include a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or bank statement.

Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 120% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳14,000 will add a maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete 25 times the bonus amount in betting. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit amount plus the bonus).

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies to each person only once.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

• Fraud: Creating an account under a false identity, using stolen payment information, or any other fraudulent activity.

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

Balance During Suspension
